Sydney Sydney Finally

So here we are at Sydney with Sydney, finally! Flight from LAX to Brisbane was uneventful, seriously, slept 7 hours, watched 2 documentaries and fidgeted just a little. Met Sydney and Sam easily at the terminal and proceeded on to Cairns. Glad we stayed in Trinity Beach, very quiet, nice apartment on the beach and close to all the adventures we planned.
Took in Daintree National Park, Mossman Gorge, Great Barrier Reef, rainforest walk, gondola ride, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, gambling, eating, sleeping, laughing, drinking, walking, lots of sweating, (very hot)...I think that covers it all..oh itching.. a little buggy, and now wer are cityside.
Beautiful city, lots of walking, the bridge, the opera house, all the quays, monorail, water ferry, happy hour..haha.., and that was today. Much cooler down here, a relief. Nice apartment overlooking the parks in the city center with a view of the Sydney tower, the opera house and the bridge, not to mention that it is just a spit away from the combat zone, which is perfect! But we are next door to a Bentley dealer and across from the Rolls Royce showroom.
Will post again. Off to Chinatown tonight, Bondi tomorrow.
